I went out to preview Rio Rancho NM Homes for Sale today, and I saw some great one story homes. I am amazed that in this competitive real estate market that some sellers have not really made their homes ready for showings. I saw one home that had dirty dishes on the counters and smelly diapers on the floor. They knew I was coming, but they didn't take the time to tidy up. Of course, that was the worst house I saw today, but there were other homes that needed to be decluttered and depersonalized.
