Then there are times when I see homes that are in need of  lot of maintenance. This was such a home yesterday. This manufactured home has a wood exterior and was in real need of exterior maintenance. I was told by the buyer that the seller was going to re stain the exterior of the home. I told home there was a lot more that needed to get done than just a re staining of the home. First of all the install loked like it wa a good one. During a recent home inspection in Artesia, New Mexico I ran accross this A/C unit that was looking good till acloser look at the way the unit's line was installed.
