Valleybrook Blackwood NJ | Valleybrook Golf | Valleybrook Homes For SaleApril 2022 showed the market for Valleybrook is still strong! We are still seeing well over normally sold prices in the entire development and only 13 days on market until pending. However, I do see a slowdown of some type coming. I also believe home prices may drop, how much, I can't tell, but with interest rates climbing into the 5% range and the feds raising the rates again, we can expect some sort of shift in prices. Across the board for the country, mortgage applications dropped nearly 40% from April of 2021. While I wouldn't panic yet, If you are considering listing your Valleybrook home, i'd consider doing it pretty soon to maximize your return. We are still in a very low inventory situation, however, if you are thinking about listing your home, please consider doing it sooner than later. It appears the FED will raise the rates in March and some believe it will slow down the market. So, here are the statistics for all of Glo Twp NJ, January 202267 Units were listed and at the end of January, there were only 89 Active units, for the entire township. 70 Units sold in January.
