September 16, 2007 Buyer interest remains strong in Freehold Township, NJ. For the month of August, nineteeen homes sold (closed sales) through MLS listing. The lowest priced home was a three bedroom Ranch with basement (built in 1958) for $325,000. The most expensive home for the month was a four bedroom, 4,500 SF Colonial  in Winding Woods (a new subdivision off Jackson Mills Road) for $762,200. Two homes sold in Colts Pride (right off Route 537) in the $450,000 range. The College Park development continues to be desireable and resilient to a lackluster real estate market. Three homes closed in College Park, ranging from $545,000 to $652,000. Nineteen homes?
