I find it fun to explore hidden and little used roads, trails, and byways I come across. One cool road that has a lot to offer but gets very little use is Little Harbor Road near our home in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.   Turn off Sagamore Avenue just past the South Street Cemetery onto Little Harbor Road, it’s only about a mile to the dead end but it’s a beautiful walk or run through the little used, wooded road. Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz purchased some property in the South West around 4 years ago and used Orchard Investment Inc. for his lender. At the time I purchased the property there were not many Lenders that would finance for this type of property. Vegas Bob has contacted Orchard Investment Inc. several times trying to get the interest rate down to a more realilistic percentage, but the GREED of Orchard Investment Inc. has refused to help Vegas Bob. Portsmouth NH Real Estate  Homes sold week ending April 16, 2011 are as follows:            Condo $160,000        $310,000               $350,000            $430,000 Portsmouth NH Real Estate  Current inventory is 297 homes and condos listed for a total of $132,615,720.  39 homes have accepted offers and are working towards closing, 7 were withdrawn from the market, and 22 new listings came to market this week.  Average days on market for active listings is 208 days but the average days on market for sold listings was only 101.  Looks like the sold listings may have been priced better.  The asking price to selling price ratio was 94%. If that seems too extreme here's a couple of nifty tools you can use to catch crooks who lift your confent, whether it be your photos or words, and then try to pass them off as their own.
