Before I could get too excited, the caller blurted out a couple of agents already refused to take the listing. I heard a scary story today. A Bedford NH Home Owner who I have known for years got their home ready to sell. They posted some furniture for sale on a local social media group. They soon got a knock on the door that "all luxury home owners list with xxx." That is if they want to sell, they should only list with them.  Wanting to sell quick and not knowing, they agreed.
