Yesterday the Old man of the Mountain was back up on top of the world after his fall from grace in May 2003 when in the middle of the night the stone face crumbled and fell to earth.Soon after the Old Man of the Mountain Legacy Fund committee was set up to search for awy to bring the old man back. Many designs and ideas were submitted but it was the one from Ron Magers of Essex, Mass. a toy designer and artist whose idea wowed the committee.It was reported in the Union leader that seven hand-crafted Profilers are set in granite blocks of varying heights at Profile Plaza.
