Did you feel that? A tremor shook our local Manchester NH area Real Estate Market. What is going on with appraisals? First they were late, then slow and now... They are coming in under sales price. In some cases "way" under sales price. I have had 2 bad appraisals this December already and 3 of my last 6 sales in the last 2 months. As the sun rises over NH, I get a phone from a caller asking me if they can "fire" their listing agent? It is not a Manchester NH area home I have listed. So, I need some more information. Where is your home and why do you want to fire your agent?  The caller tells me their address as I get busy looking it up on MLS.
