When it comes to wearing a face mask, there is a right place and a wrong place to be wearing them. Driving in your car alone. NO. Riding a bike alone. NO.... BUT.. listing and selling bank owned homes, estate sales, vacant homes and or short sales. YES   You never know what you will find when you open the door to a vacant home. Mold, cat pee, dog poop, mice droppings all make for a smell that can knock you down. So even before Covid 19, I wore masks in these homes. People always would look at me funny.   Since the day a decade or so ago I had a bad reaction to a moldy home, I have stocked masks in my car. A relocation home buyer from MA had a choice to make this morning. Should they keep their real estate showing at what could be their dream home or should they stay in MA to shop "tax free"?    Before you shout our your answer here are some facts. These relocation buyers have been loking all summer for a new home in NH. They were just referred to me last week. Quickly I was able to identify what they were looking for and find an "off market" home that would be willing to sell. Do you ever wonder why some people are selling? I got a call asking if I would list a home. Before I could get too excited, the caller blurted out a couple of agents already refused to take the listing. Let me tell you a tale about someone looking to sell their home. They wanted a short cut to do it faster. Lets see how it worked out. The seller interviewed a few agents. They chose an agent who gave the a long list to do before listing. The agent gave the seller a value above what other homes had sold for. About a month ago, a Manchester NH area Home Seller held an open house type event where agents could come, view their home and make their best pitch why they should list with them. I heard a scary story today. A Bedford NH Home Owner who I have known for years got their home ready to sell. They posted some furniture for sale on a local social media group. They soon got a knock on the door that "all luxury home owners list with xxx." That is if they want to sell, they should only list with them.  Wanting to sell quick and not knowing, they agreed.
