The amount of homes currently For Sale in our area just doubled in our Local Manchester NH Real Estate Market. All Spring and into early summer we averaged about 24 homes for sale. This week we hit 48 homes currently For sale right now. In addition, the other major change is that there is NO more Covid Buyers. They have come, purchased and already settled in. The days of offers of $30,000 over asking price, $50,000 over asking and even $100,000 over asking price are over. I did not have to look far to see a change in our Local Manchester NH Real Estate Market. I see it in the types of offers i am getting on my listings. I see it by talking to prospective Buyers. The questions would be, "Have the Covid Buyers come and gone?" New Hampshire saw an incredible amount of people looking to move here. They wanted suburban and rural areas. They wanted more space, less people and bigger homes. Many from MA, CT, NY and CA. They sold their homes for big bucks and traveled to NH with pockets of cash.
