It is not a story I wanted to share, but after finding that a home seller left behind some furniture for the Buyer, the buyer was not to happy to see this junk during our final walk through. The buyer wanted it out before we closed. SO as we waiting for the seller to come back over to the home to remove it, we hung out on the stairs where the morning sun was keeping us warm. Without a warning or a yell, down comes the couch from above. A home seller was having a genuinely tough time deciding if they should go away for vacation while they put their house up for sale. They had first decided to list with the biggest company they could find as they perceived the bigger the company the more buyers they may have. But that agent told them they should cancel their vacation in case they were needed. A person i sold a house to, shared this story with me. I laughed and said "I do not agree. Already warned of such practices, the sellers response was make an offer and find out Mrs. Buyer Agent. It was followed to call the seller agent, namely me.   Taking direction literally, Mrs. Buyer Broker called me from the front yard of this Manchester NH Area home.
