I am not sure what the record is, but can tell you I am not looking to break it today. My new relocation buyer though, they were trying to see 20 homes in 2 days. I get many relocation buyers who arrive here in NH and have a limited time to find a home, make an offer, get it accepted and head back home to get ready to move. Before yesterday I had not met them. I am not sure who was more excited. On a recent New Listing, the seller was excited to list with me. I was excited to get this new Manchester NH area Home Listing. The sellers had some things to doand showings were suppose to start today as they prepare the home. Mrs. Buyer Broker may have got too excited. She did not want to wait to show her Buyer. She called and demanded to get in. "Do I know who she is?" she asked when I said showings start Saturday. Yes I do and she would be able to get in Saturday when the home is ready.
