Hampton NH Homes | Hampton NH CondosHampton NH is one of the few towns here in the Seacoast that's right on the ocean.  We have the tiniest coast in the US, all 17 miles of it!  And Hampton and Hampton Beach take up a nice chunk of that short coastline.  The real estate market in Hampton this past year showed that the prices of homes and condos were down just a tiny bit, and the days on the market increased just a little bit as well.  HAMPTON NEW HAMPSHIRE Real Estate Market Information for 2007: Homes in Hampton NH showed a slight decrease in the average asking prices in 2007 compared to 2006.  In 2006, the average asking price was $444,048, and this past year saw the average asking price come in at $423,829.  We had 363 homes offered for sale in 2006, and we had 312 homes come on the ...

Do you love a good pizza or just plain love pizza?!!?!  If you do and you live here in the NH Seacoast, or will be planning a trip this way next weekend, then bookmark this info!  Bring everyone you know and make it a great outing for yourselves!Sunday, January 27th, the second annual Seacoast Pizza Bowl will be held in Hampton NH.  Head on over from noon to 2pm to the Dining Hall at the Winnacunnet High School in Hampton.  Where else can you go and eat as much pizza as you want for only $7.00??   A variety of the Seacoast area's pizza restaurants will be serving samples of their regular and specialty pizzas.  Once you've had your fill of all those yummy pizzas, you can then cast your vote for your favorite one.  Those attending this fun Pizza Bowl will be able to choose the People's Ch...

 Hampton NH home sales were down slightly from '07 ~ 146 homes sold in 2006  Also, there were fewer homes up for sale in '07 in Hampton, NH ~ 313 homes were listed for sale, down from '06 w/ 363 homes.    The overall price of homes that sold in'07 was down 4.5% from the previous year to $367,566. The average selling price of homes sold was down 4% from '06 to $351,419. Seller need to be realistic and patient as the days on the market increases to19.6% from '06 which is somewhat better than other towns like Exeter wher days on the market was up more than 35% from '06. We'll all be waiting to see what happens in the New Year! Everyone is away on vacation, at the beach with the kids, or maybe the white mountains in NH, visiting family and friends, whatever it is most people are away in July~~somewhere. In New England there is plenty to do all year round. ..... the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains, 1 hr. from downtown Boston.....With that said, I am so glad that I have invested in my own personal realestate website, www.patricia4realestate.com for leads. Most everyone takes along their laptop when they travel so it is easy to stay in touch with everyone.
