When I got home late Tuesday evening I found a notice from the Charlestown Wastewater Department, printed on a regular peace of white paper taped to the outside of our Screen Door. The bad thing about this has to do with the fact only two pieces of tape was holding it onto the door, plus the fact that it was raining.
