  1 lb. of catfish fillets 1/2 tsp. of garlic pepper 1 egg white beaten 1 tsp. of grated lemon peel 1 tbsp. of lemon juice 1 cut of fresh breadcrumbs 1 tsp. of dried dill weed 1 tsp. of dried basil 1/2 tsp. of oregano leaves   Spray a baking pan or sheet with some nonstick cooking spray. Rinse the fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle the fillets with the garlic pepper. Blend the egg white, lemon peel and lemon juice in a shallow dish. Blend the breadcrumbs, dill, basil and oregano and spread the mixture on a plate or some wax paper. Dip the fillets in to the egg with one at a time to coat them. Now Coat them with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the fillets on to the baking pan. Spray the fillets lightly with some nonstick cooking spray. Bake them at 400F for 10 to 15 min...

This event is open to the public. On Monday 21 Jan. 2008 In Claremont The Volunteers at the Arrowhead Recreation Area, are going to be hosting a special benefit for the Claremont Skateboard Park Fund. There will be Tubing offered from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., all the proceeds from the lift ticket sales will be going toward's the Skateboard Park. Howdy Every One Happy breakfast recipe for ya. The ingredients for this is 1 roll a 12 to 16 oz. sausage package of your liking. 6 bread slices 6 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of milk 1 package of country gravy mix or your own gravy. 2 cups of shredded cheese 2 tablespoons of melted butter and something that I like to add Paprika Directions 1. Crumble sausage into a large skillet, cook it over a medium heat until it's brown, stirring occasionally. Then remove the sausage and drain it on some paper towels. Spread the sausage over the bottom of a lightly greased 11x8 inch backing dish. Cut the bread into 1 inch cubes and set it aside. 2 Whisk the eggs, water, milk and gravy together.
