Let me tell you a story about a heated conversation when a "National" reporter here to cover the New Hampshire primary was asking questions of fellow patrons at one of my favorite lunch spots. She asked point blank what would slow down this real estate market? The short term answer is weather. We had some snow turn to heavy rain. North and west of here started the day out slippery. How easy is it to sell Real Estate? Well, let me start with the fact if I made it look easy, I did my job. With real estate, it is what happens behinds the scenes that matter. You know, the things that no one sees. I like to say it is easier to find a person who wants to buy a home than it takes to close the sale.  The message is, that all the hard work starts, happens and is done once we find a buyer. I got a panicked call. "My neighbor is making a mistake." Normally I would dive right into why are you calling me, but I knew. It was one of my best customers. I have sold them 4 homes over the years and sold theirs another 4 more here in the Manchester NH area home. SO back to the emergency. There is things to do and things NOT TO DO when buying a home. The question of the day is "HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD THE AGENT REMIND THAT BUYER?" This question is brought to you through a recent experience as the Listing Agent selling a Manchester NH area home. How many said 2-3 times? How many said 4 or more times?
