There remains increased interest in the area. Crismark In Greater Charlotte's Indian Trail, NCReal Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 3 - 2023 Crismark home sales in Quarter 3-2023 saw the average sale price remain flat year-over-year. Quarter-over-quarter, average home prices increased significantly and were at their highest level compared with the first two quarters of 2023. Median home sale price declined compared with the same quarter one year ago, but increased quarter-over-quarter. And as with the average sale price, the median sale price was at its highest level compared with the first two quarters of the year. Millbridge in Waxhaw, NCHome Sales Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 3 - 2023 Millbridge home sales held their own in Quarter 3-2023 both year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter. Compared with the Third Quarter 2022, average and median sale prices increased 11% and 7% respectively.  Quarter-over-quarter,  the list to sale price ratio declined by 1%, but it was just under 100%. Year-over-year the list to sale price ratio was flat. Days on market were 28 up 10 days from the second quarter. The increase from the First Quarter 2023 was quite substantial. Inventory remained tight for the first half of 2023 compared with the same time period one year ago.
