Four of the listings were new construction homes in the Lake Forest Preserve neighborhood and subsequently were marked as pending sales. Of the inventory in Weddington, only 11 of the 120 (10.9%) available homes were marked as either being a Pre-foreclosure or Bank-Owned and there were not any new foreclosure filings between 3/1/10 - 3/29/10 (dates for which the filing data is available).
