 Cureton Neighborhood in Waxhaw, NC: Real Estate Report & Community Spotlight  Quarter 4 - 2019 5 homes sold in Cureton during the Fourth Quarter of 2019, down by 6 homes compared with the same quarter one year ago and down by 8 homes from Quarter 3, 2019.  Cureton home sellers received 98.51% of asking price on average. Average days on market were also markedly lower at 49 days -- 66 days lower than one year ago. While both average and median listing and sale prices of homes were lower in Quarter 4, 2019 compared with Quarter 4, 2018, this is less an indication of a dimunition in home values in Cureton versus the price mix of homes sold in the most recent quarter. Average home sale prices ($364,464) were down slightly, but this is more reflective of the price mix of homes sold than of a dimunition in home values in Millbridge. 70 homes sold in quarter four, 11 more homes than during the same quarter last year.
