It should be pointed out that 15 new listings in a community with over 500 homes, is no "real" inventory to speak of. Cureton home sellers received 103.9% of asking price on average. Average days on market were six days in Quarter 2, 2021, down 28 days from one year ago. Median days on market were just three. Home prices in Cureton can range from the $400,000's to the high  $800,000's.  Lawson Neighborhood in Waxhaw, NC: Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight2nd  Quarter 2021 28 homes sold in Lawson during the Second Quarter 2021, 13 more than in the same quarter one year ago. What contributed to this increase in Lawson home sales were 11 more listings for sale than in the same quarter one year ago.  Demand for Lawson homes was also reflected in the drop in average days on market, which were down 57 days to 17 days compared with the same quarter one year ago.
