The average sale price rose by 6%, while the median sale price increased by 13% compared with the previous year. However, the average price per square foot dropped by 4% to $188. The average days on market increased to 31 days, compared with just 5 days the prior year. While this was a significant increase year-over-year, 31 days on market is still a quick sale. Meanwhile, the list-to-sale price ratio dipped slightly by 1%, landing just below 100% at 99.5%.
