Things To Do In Wake Forest NC!  August 23 - 29, 2010 Well, this is it!  The 2010 - 2011 school year starts for traditional schools in Wake Forest NC!  There will be more school buses rolling on the roads so be super careful on the neighborhood streets and don't forget to get familiar with the school zone speed limits. Closed Sales in Wake Forest NC were down by -27.2% for the month of July, 2010.  While that may seem like a substantial drop in sales the overall year to date Closed Sales are up by 15.4%. There was a 3.9% increase in the Inventory of Homes for Sale in Wake Forest NC. Both Average Sales Prices and Median Sales Prices saw an increase for the month of July 2010.  Average Sales Prices increased 3.3% compared with July 2009 and Median Sales Prices rose 9.9% when compared to the same time in 2009. Historic Downtown Wake Forest NC has an incredible destination shop - the Twisted Vine Wine Shoppe!  Have you been there yet? The Factory in Wake Forest NC - Your One Stop for FUN! The Factory is located on Main Street in Wake Forest and truly offers a little bit of everything for everybody. This old factory was meticulously cared for and revamped to provide a place for shopping, dining and sports activities.  Little by little the spaces have been filling up and The Factory is truly a destination spot.
