I am in the process of short selling a house that I have had listed for 3 months.  The sellers owe  about 215K on it and there is a 2nd on it too. I am so working with both banks and they want me to get an offer in  for 175K. Both of these banks are going to be taking substantial losses. This is not feel very comfortable to me.
