The economic downturn put a pause on new construction; very little new housing was started in the years 2008-2010. Now that we're coming out the other side, we can see that the style in new homes has changed. Flat-faced trasitionals are out; craftsman is in. However, the custom homes being built in a new David Weekly subdivision, Wyndcroft, are not so easily categorized. Nicely spaced on generous lots, these homes are each unique and each more beautiful than the other. The North Raleigh location is excellent, near the intersection of Strickland and Ray Roads, with easy access to 540. Prices begin in the $500's; presale only.
