A couple of months ago I wrote about the wild success of the Martha Stewart designed homes at Twin Lakes.  Given the success, Martha Stewart now  has plans for a new community in North Raleigh. Martha Stewart will provide the designs for the 98 homes KB Homes will build on 90 acres near the intersection of Leesville and Strickland Roads in north Raleigh.  The community will be called Wynbrooke  and the homes will start at about $400,000 and be on one-half to three-quarter acre lots.  They will range in size from 1,800 to 3,800 square feet.  The Twin Lakes homes are somewhat smaller at 1,500 to 4,000 square feet and their costs are between $300,000 and $500,000.
