I haven't spent much time chatting up new developments this year for obvious reasons but I browsed through the City of Raleigh Plans in Review page this morning and read an interesting subdivision proposal. Situated along Howard Road just before the intersection of Ray Road the proposed subdivision will be called Stonehenge Park and have 38 lots building lots. The new subdivision will connect to Bembridge Drive in Stonehenge where traditional styled homes were built in the late 1980's and this past year were selling in the mid $300's.
