  The Camp Lejeune Jacksonville NC Real Estate Market Report, comparing January - October results in 2012 to January - October results from 2011 shows a continuation of the trends that have carried on throughout 2012 in our local market. Re-sale home sales numbers in the market, are down 1% over the same time period last year, while new construction has seen increases in both their sales numbers and average sold price. New Construction continues to increase their market share of overall local home sales.
