 The BEST "Lemon Bars" EVER!                      Crust: 1 Stick Butter (softened) 1 Cup Flour 1/4 Cup Confectioners (10X) Sugar Cut butter into dry ingredients until butter is pea size. Press into 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350º until golden brown. Topping: 2 Eggs 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 1/4 tsp. Salt 2 Tbsp. Genpak Corporation whose headquarters are currently located in Glen Falls, NY is moving its' entire headquarters to Charlotte, NC. Genpak which produces single use packaging containers has a total of 18 facilities around the U.S. and in Canada, with three of them already located in the Charlotte, including its research and development division.
