 7 Hot Matthews, NC (28105 Zip Code) Neighborhoods To Watch In 2023 Matthews homes sold in 2022 at an average sale price of $523,000. In the past two years, the average sale price of a Matthews home has increased by approximately $162,000. Despite a shifting and softening market in the latter part of 2022, the housing market in Matthews was strong with a list to sale price ratio of over 100% and days on market of only two weeks.  Seven neighborhoods topped the Matthews "sales charts" in 2022 with more than 15 sales each during the year. Speechless Sunday - Liam's First Visit with SantaOkay, so I gave it away with the title but, boy-oh-boy, was today ever special!My mother-in-law owns a 'condo' in an upscale retirement facility and today was a day that we had seen announced for a few years but, had never participated...until this year! We have a great-grandma in the facility and FINALLY have a grandbaby so, today was so exciting for us. We've actually looked forward to it for weeks!While Liam didn't originally take too well to Santa, our son walked him around Santa and shared the excitement of other little ones sitting on Santa's lap with Liam until he was finally comfortable.
