Today has been a full day.  Worked hard this week and have been successful in getting three of my listings sold and closed..The market is getting better in our area after a slow ending of last year. This is the time of year when a lot of folks come to enoy the beaches and fishing.  There are some investors that think that the marekt is getting stronger anyway. I have worked hard and I am ready to put my feet up. It is Thursday and late.  I think that I need to go home and read a bit. Now I am with you on ActiveRain and learning  from other folks blogs. What a treat.  I have sent messages to folks that I have not heard from in a longtime. Hope your day goes well. a long but rewarding day..

Active rain PointsIt is so much fun to see our points grow...from the beginning to what we have now.You can learn so much from your active rain associates. Many have really neat information that can give you a link or idea that you can then explore.  I feel that I am not alone and that there are other Active rain folks just like me, needing new ideas or remembering the old tried and true systems that have worked for along time.  Every day I learn something new from our AR Friends..WE can learn from each other.Share..and I will too.Ginger of Southport

We in Brunswick County, North Carolina are having a hard time feeding our needed.  We have food banks opened up to feel those in the County that are hungry.  There seems to be so many folks that are in need right now. I have gone to our church and we are asking for our congregation to help us fill up the shelves with food.  Today I picked up the food that our Coldwell Banker Sea Coast office has collected and took this food to the Collection point for our local food bank.   I do hope that the folks that are hungry will be fed tonight..   How do you deal with hunger in your county.

I don't know about you all, but I am having a harder time pleasing the BPO  folks.  I am giving them  factual information based on our local MLS and the figures tell the truth.  They are wanting us to go back and get closer comparable properties  When nothing has sold in that area you must go outside that community to find comparable to do the analysis.   I am also finding, after I have done the work...they order has been canceled.   Then, we have spent our time and energy to do the work and will not be compensated for it. What do you do with this scenario?   Ginger of Southport

The title gives this new neighborhood away....Palm trees!  Plenty of them, from the richly appointed entrance way, continuing past the pool and clubhouse, to the entrance of the neighborhood "The Palms"  Palms everywhere!   Now I'm not a great tree affectionate, or a lover of trees....but palm trees...yes!  There is something about palm trees that gives one a sense of calmness, warmth, and serenity of a far away tropical island. Tropical island?  Think tropical colors, think warm tropical breezes, think gentle winds.  Sounds perfect doesn't it??  Well this neighborhood at "The Palms" may just be your answer to help gently ease those winter doldrums away, or for that matter,  many of life's uncertainties and problems.   Mallory Creek Plantation is just a short jaunt from downtown Wilming...
