The first concert will be Saturday, June 28 at 6:00 p.m. on the Alexander County Courthouse lawn.   The first concert will be with Caribbean Salsa and Afro-Cuban Music from Cesar Oviedo and his six-piece band.This talented group of musicians from the Piedmont of North Carolina will lead the audience on a musical vacation to the islands.
