According to the Charlotte Business Journal, the Board of Trustees University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which is located in the north eastern part of Charlotte, NC, near Concord, NC real estate, approved a recommendation to build a football program.  This is big news for the Charlotte area football fans.  There is currently college football, like at Johnson C Smith University, but it's Division II.  The important part of this move is that the football program will represent Charlotte's largest university.  UNCC will play at the Division I level.   Launching a football program is no small undertaking.  Football is an expensive sport where the school foots the bill for most of the equipment for players.  The fields and maintenance are expensive, and the stadiums are super expensive.... 11/22/2008

I usually eat at the Brooklyn Boys in Mooresville, but I was in this part of Lake Norman so I decided to try it. Pizzarias are owned by the same company. Many times I order the NY slice with pepperoni and extra cheese or the Spaghetti with meat sauce and melted cheese. Sometimes I get the garlic bread with cheese and the Greek Salad, but I WARN you, the salads are HUGE!!! You can feed three to four people on the salad and order a small pizza and be pretty full. It's time to stand up like men and women. We all are being squeezed in this economy, and it does not feel good. But it does no good to just stand there and complain.   You really have to get more focused. Don't let your mind control you. You have to get it together, start out with a punch list every night or day which ever is better for you. Sometimes you need to get out of bed and write it down on paper and once you get it off your mind it helps you sleep a little better knowing you will deal with it in the morning. Check off the things as you go, if you don't get it done add it to the next days list. Believe me agents are more focus and new things are coming their way. My friend Willow and I did the LungStrong 15K this Saturday (only 9.3 miles). Every year there is a 15K at Lake Norman and it's usually between 200-500 runners, depending on the weather. The weather was perfect and the course was relatively unconfusing.   In the past, the course wound you through the Peninsula neighborhood streets and you made a lot of turns. Since Michael Waltrip Racing in Cornelius was the head sponsor, we started out at their place of business and ran down to the end of Jetton Road and then turned around. We ran through Jetton park, which has some great lake norman scenery, and then came back to the Nascar shop for some free beer, massages, band, refreshments, and more! Hi everyone, what should our poise be in a market like this. At our office we have been working on shoring up the foundation on which we run our office. We have done this by bringing venders in to share the responsibilities and given them different area's in our main lobby area where they can display what they do as a business and also can meet their customers and use our conference room to take care of business. We are excited about this because it causes a networking arena to be able to draw off of each other. We have a café center with free coffee and a great atmosphere. This cuts down everyone cost and over head. We have to look at the challenges and readjust and recreate in a economy like this. Take a look at some of our earlier pictures.
