Harris Teeter Coming to Flowers Plantation in Clayton. The long awaited, much anticipated news is out that Harris Teeter is going to be opening a new supermarket in the Flowers Plantation Shopping Village. The expected completion date is October 2013. Clayton Derby Days at Portofino Equestrian Community, Saturday May 5TH 2012 is here.
