I was so looking forward to living in the mountains this summer and not having to deal with tenants moving in/out but it just wasn't meant to be.  I hate to see these tenants move...paid monthly rent early, kept the house spotless, and paid a service to maintain yards...very nice, quiet couple; however, I am happy for them.  He received a promotion and their only child was accepted at a prestigious graduate school in another state so they have given me plenty of notice so... 767 Marsh Rose Path  in Meadowlands Golf Community in Calabash, NC will be available in May for an annual lease, again.  The community is surrounded by three other golf courses and Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach are just minutes away.  The home was built for my son so it has many, many upscale (expensive) feature... 03/24/2012

Meadowlands neighborhood and golf course located in Calabash, NC is only minutes from North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach, SC.  The original Meadowlands subdivision is surrounded by the Meadowlands Golf Course.  Most of the custom homes have the golf course as their back neighbor which means a view of the lush greens not the back of someone elses home.  There are a few mini sections within Meadowlands like Ridge Walk that has less then twenty custom homes on one street.  A large portion of the undeveloped land in Meadowlands was purchased a few years ago by Centex Homes, a national builder, and their section is called Savanna Lakes at Meadowlands.  View the video I made today of Meadowlands  www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUaIbYMpUH0       10/20/2010
