Well Hello AR members... If they are...please share your secrets with us. I held an Open House in Winding River NC.  The house is located on the Lockwood Folly river and is built so professionally.  They call the style Italian Country.  There is a lot of beautiful tile and hardwood floors through out.  Stylish arched doorways with columns.  WE do not see this standard of building along our coastal area of North Carolina. Problem, there were only 20 or so agents to come out and view this house.  Even with us offering gift cards and gifts and food.  We served chicken salad croissants, wheat and plain rolls with ham, cheese, turkey, and roast beef, Chips,  Chocolate Eclairs. What works for you... I really get discouraged.. Ginger of Winding River 08/26/2017

    Today we are having a bit of rain..again.. Yes, the garden is growing well....but so are the weeds. Maybe the veggies can get a head start if we try to eliminate the weeds. The seeds are planted, peas, tomatoes, eggplant,  squash, cucumber  and peppers. Great dinners on our table in the near future..     Hope your garden is doing well also.     04/27/2013

I have joined the contest of getting healthy in 2013 and had been doing so well with it. I have been watching my caloric intake, drinking plenty of water, exercising every day and doing so very good until I came down iwth a head cold on Tuesday.  Nose is stopped up and I can't breathe, I am coughing all the time and running a bit of fever.  This cold has set me back a few days, but I am still focused on what my goal is.  Getting health in 2013.   I am so glad to be a part of this.  I feel encouraged for the first time in a long time ...that I can become more healthy..   Ginger of Southport 02/07/2013

Today has been a slow start of a day.  Came in later because we enjoyed a concert at the Odell Williamson Auditorium.  WE enjoyed Janis Ian and  Tom Paxton.  I remembered the good old song and sang along with them When I walked thru the door of my office, my secretary said that I have to go and to a BPO in the lower end of the county.   Since then, I have been trying to catch up at home tonight. Going over notes and trying to document things that need to be documented in the computer. Will get it done but it is going to take some time. I have been pondering this question for a while. We have offered Home Warranties in the past to sellers and to buyers.  I have been wondering about this importance of this. In thinking it through, I have decided that it is in my best interest to offer it to the seller, but not to push in any way.  Let them make the decision on their own. Today was my first practice for SeaNotes.  Our choral singing group in Brunswick County. We have a great director who is bringing to us music of my youth. It is such fun to sing these songs and when I can remember them I will let you know. Today, after we got home from Church...we ate a fine dinner of roast beef, rice and gravy, corn, string beans, sweet potatoes, stewed apples, homemade blueberry cobbler and sweet ice tea\. After eating, the grandchildren, Jonah, Joshua and Marissa...put the decorations on the tree. (We did the lights last night)...Each child picked out their favorite ornaments and carefully placed them on the tree. What A Great Sunday.. Ginger 12/19/2010

Today was a great day in the lives of the Harper Family. After going to church and having a great sermon, we came home to eat our Sunday Dinner that consisted of.. Nice Roast Beef and gravy, Rice, Butterbeans, Corn, Apple, Rolls, sweet tea.  For dessert we have Lemon Cake.
