Why coastal NC is the place to buy and NOW is the time We have a plentiful supply of Condos, homes, lots and boat slips. Sellers are really getting anxious. When considering the purchase of a retirement home or a second home with a water view, some research is in order. I never realized when I was growing up as a child how lucky I was to be able to put my feet into the warm sand and jump the waves in the Atlantic Ocean.  These things you take for granted until you grow up and go away for a while.  I have always been facinated with the marine life and watching the porpoises and dolphins seemingly fly up out the ocean waters, 'tail walking' on the water and giggling as if talking to one another.  Dolphin Movie Then swimming off at high speeds freely and quickly out of sight.  Imagine catching a pelican making his dive from high in the sky to gather a fresh catch of fish for dinner.  What about seeing first hand the great game fish like marlin, sailfish and sharks up close and personal when brought into the docks for weigh ins during fishing tournaments. ...

Goodbye Sportsmans Pier...... Today will be the last day for public access to a local landmark of the Crystal Coast. Access will be Free.Today marks the end of a popular area attraction- one of two remaining piers on the island. He replied, "I have just bought a boat and it will be name...
