As a “high-end” development it is interesting to note that homes here have sold for very close to (if not exactly at) listing price. If you are a person who likes to be careful about design and construction details, you will appreciate the involvement of the Design Review Committee (DRC) at the Ramble at Biltmore Forest. Before construction may begin, the DRC completes a site walk with the Builder.
