Whew, the Armour Hills subdivision in Brookside continues to rise in value compared to the Brookside zip of 64113 as a whole.  I think this is primarily due to location, the park amenity, the range of home pricing, a strong homes association and the charm of the neighborhood.  Sales are steady, prices are up.
