A few months ago my husband and I noticed a home at the corner of 10th and Walnut that had been there for decades was suddenly no longer there. We started watching what was going on as we drove by. The renovation of 1024 Kingsridge in Blue Spring, MO started last Friday.  This is the first house Vizion has had the opportunity to do in Blue Springs but I hope we’re able to do many more.  1024 Kingsridge reminds me a lot of a renovation we did about a year ago at 9617 Lawndale it even has the same stats.  3 beds, 1.5 bath, finished basement, and 2 car garage.
