Looking at a home with a clients, we found numerous items of concern. The big concern is that the hack job fixing the issue took longer that if it had been done right. Now, as I am preparing to write the offer, it will be a lot less than is the seller had done things right. When all is said and done, my client is going to say something, but, I told him to bite his tounge until we are walking out the title companies door. 07/06/2012

Grade Schoolers.  Sometimes I think that every home should have one.  Well, at least for a few hours every week. I was trying to do something on the computer and my Grand Daughter was waiting for me to get done.  At 10 going on 18, she finally asked what I was trying to do. I showed her what I was trying and how it was not working.  She asked me to again show her the 15 steps I was doing. Then she asked me to move over.  When showed me 3 steps and what I had been fighting was done.  I asked her where this short cut came from. She replied..."XP Service pack 1".  And then she calmly walked away! I am still debating if I should allow her into my home or not! 03/31/2011

I hear it all the time.  Everyone is planning on tomorrow.  They plan everything around tomorrow hoping that tomorrow will be better than today.   I see many planning so hard that they forget about TODAY! Opportunities stand right in from of them to take advantage of, yet they are not seen because they are worried about "tomorrow". It is OK to worry about tomorrow, just don't FORGET about TODAY! Chicago out scores the Detroit Tigers 8-2.  That puts the Sox and my TWINS, in  tie for the division.  Tie Breaker tomorrow with the Sox, at Chicago.  Winner takes all!!!  This should be an exciting game.  The Twins took 3 in a row at home last week.  These two teams are matched up pretty even with the edge to Chicago because of maturity.  The Twins have a lot of young players...players with heart!  DON'T COUNT THEM OUT! 09/29/2008

Tommy is a young boy and just potty trained. Although, when he goes to the bathroom, he hits everything but the toilet.  So, Mom has to clean up after him and after 2 weeks she has had enough and takes Tommy to the Dr. After the examination, the Dr. says..."his unit is to small.  An old wives tale is to give him 2 pieces of toast each morning, and his unit will grow and so he can hold it and aim straight. The next morning, Tommy awoke and rushed downstairs and on the table was "12" slices of toast. Tommy yells..."Mom, the Dr. said I only had to eat 2 slices of toast." "I know" His mom said..."The other 10 are for your Father!" I read this 2 ways!!!!  Both gave me a chuckle! Have a great day! 08/28/2008

One of my better friends sent this to me...told me not to show my loving wife.  I think he may be right! An elderly lady, who lived alone, had a drain pipe that was leaking. She called the plumber who said he would be there early aftrenoon.  She had some errands to run so she left. The plumber got there before noon, and knocked on the door...The elderly lady had a parrot who asked "Who is it?" "It's the Plumber', and he waited for her to open the door.  After a few minuets he knocked again...
