Current single family homes for sale in Roseville total 139 active. Wow, in the past 10 days 18 new listings have come on in MLS district 702 (Roseville, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale). Just two weeks ago the number was 119 active. Looks like there will be an awesome selection of homes available to the fortunate buyers who take part in this incredible buyers market.
