Closed sales were down somewhat in Oakdale in 2010 but the average closed sales price was up a bit. This follows a great 2009 when homes sales were up nearly 38% from the previous year so a drop of just over 6% does not mean homes are not selling in this popular Washington County suburb just east of St. Paul.
