The 90 and high humidity is gone.Cold and frost are close by.In fact tomorrow we will be covering up the flowers as it will get nice in a few days.So we will be able to enjoy the fall flowers for a few more days. If you choose not to cover your flowers and are selling your home...REMOVE THE DEAD FLOWERS!!!!  09/27/2018

Well, it should be interesting.Last week the Vikes were 17 point favorites but could not score that many themselves. This week we have a few injuries and some other issues.We will be playing a better team on THEIR  home grass. What ever happens I see myself as the winner. The team pays a lot of taxes.  09/27/2018

We have all run across these people.Ones you need to stand up wind of them.Poor hygiene is an issue and easily prevented. I have had clients that told me of agents they had started working withthat had bad hygiene.  Some smelled heavily of smoke.Also, a few used way to much perfume or Cologne. For many people, odors are a big issue for many reasons.If we want to keep our clients, making sure there are no offensive odors,Our business depends on this.     09/25/2018

It's a bumper crop of apples is just one of fruits that did so well this year.It is great in some ways and in others not so much. The bumper crop has brought about lower prices.So although the growers had a bumper crop, income won't be much different.We are also seeing much the same with farm crops.Great yields, but lower prices. Real Estate is much the same.shortage of homes right now brings higher prices.When the shortage becomes an abundance Prices are lower. For now, let's just enjoy all the fruits.   09/25/2018

Have you ever noticed that when you have a 50/50 chance your guess will be wrong about 75% of the time?If we have a 50% chance of rain and you have a party, it is likely to be a 75% chance it will rain.OR...if you need the rain you will have  a 75% chance it will not rain. So, what is the point?Playing the guessing game with Real Estate is not a scientific process.We check out the known and do our best to be 100% right.Will we be?Most likely not 100%, but it will be much better than 50/50.  WE have about a 50% chance of rain later tonight...I am betting on the 75% myself!  09/19/2018

The animals of the forest should fair well this winter.In my area we have a bumper crop of acorns.Deer, bear,  Turkey'sSquirrels and chipmunks  all eat acorns, along with many more critters.This is what my yard looks like under the oak trees... In this entire area the acorns are this thick.      09/16/2018

Well, do you remember a blog form a few days ago?It featured these mushrooms. A Pretty addition to the stat of the fall colors.I wanted to get rid of them, but my wife said no, she liked the dolor and shapes. Well, today she changed he mind.The mushrooms we dieing and smelling awful.I had tried tell her, but guess who knows nothing. I did get rid of them, in my own sweet time! 09/14/2018
