As fast as the snow melts and tulips sprout, yard signs are popping up everywhere!  Apparently everyone has been planing to sell or remodel their abode without consulting me! Seriously though, it does make me wonder how many will succeed.  In remodeling I'd call "success" adding value, in real estate it's obviously to sell the home.  Either way it's never easy nor guaranteed.  With as many upside down equity position as there are out there today it's often a scary situation as well.
