Is home building slowly dying as CNNMoney suggests?  My sources at Minks/Capstone builders say no in Maple Grove, MN I read an article earlier today that suggested that homebuilders may never fully recover form this real estate down turn but I know of one company that seems to be kicking butt and taking numbers and that would be Minks Builders or Capstone Homes.  I am financing homes for two buyers right now and one of them is buying a very custom home built by Capstone Homes in Maple Grove for an incredible price and the other client is buying a custom built spec home in Andover for an insanely low price for new construction.
