Closed sales and average sales price were down significantly for Chisago real estate in 2008 compared to statistics in 2007. New listings were down more than in other areas but so is the accepted sales price ratio compared to list price. At just over 89% it is one of the lowest in the north and east metro communities I work in. Though the market time is up, it is not significantly more than in neighboring communities.
