In the past year 6 Tull Lake homes have sold (Waterford, Michigan). On average these homes were on the market for 87 days. These Tull Lake front homes range from newer and larger colonials ranging from 3000 to 5000 square feet. Homes on the other side of Tull Lake are smaller and are mainly ranches, tri-levels, and quad levels ranging from 1200 to 3600 square feet.   Tull Lake front homes are located on a 90 acre, all sport and private lake. When relocation buyers have a Michigan move in their future they are very concerned about school scores when they have children.  They want to have their children go to the best schools possible.  So what makes a better school.  Is it just the scores?  Is it parent participation? In the past year 6 homes on Elizabeth Lake front have sold. On average these homes were on the market for 76 says. The homes on Elizabeth Lake front range from 800 square feet to 5400 square feet. Most of these homes were contemporary style. Elizabeth Lake front homes were built in the 1920's and 30's are gone. The older homes have been bulldozed and re built. Most of the homes are from 1940 on. The early homes have no basements on little lots and many times without garages. But some of the later homes were built with walkout basements. Here.is a summer report of what has sold on Maceday Lake in Waterford Michigan in the last 365 days.  I wasnted to show you the list price versus the sales price so you know how to bid.  Many lake homes are going close to list price unless they are in the upper price ranges or if the bank is knocking the price down because of the appraisal. One Maceday Lake home was leased for $900 a month.  It was 1071 square foot.  The price range for Maceday Lake front homes ranged from $32 a square foot all the way up to $177 a square foot.  The least expensive home for Maceday lakefront real estate went for $35,000 back in August 2010.  I didn't see the house but it had been on the market for 217 days, so I'm guessing it was in rough shape.   The most expensive piece of Maceday Lake real estate wen...

Here is an neighborhood update on Williams Lake front properties. Williams Lake is about 155 acres and the deepest spot is 45 feet deep. I would call the lake sea horse shaped. There is a very active Williams lake association on the lake. They have a sailboat club, a kayak club, and a waterski club on the lake. They also have a summerfest, a lake crawl and a fall festival.       The Waterford Relay For Life 2010 is well underway. Currently there are 32 Teams signed up online, and over 200 participants thus far. This year looks to be a great success.   Last year, thanks to a number of generous supporters, Team Kickin Cancer launched the "Please Move the Toilet" campaign.
