Orchard Lake waterfront homes what I would call high end real estate. There are many luxury lakefront homes that have sold for over a million dollars. You won't be finding $200,000 cottages. Even small homes will be sold for the building site. We call them tear down. The lakefront home will be torn down and a newer, bigger home will be built. Orchard Lake real estate on the north side of the lake sits on the other side of a road. So there is a road between the lake and the home. There is a 10 -30 foot wide piece of land between the road and the lake. You have to cross the road to get to your dock and your boat. That is on one side of the lake.
