If you are looking to buy a Novi condo you may find that some of them back to a main road, or very close to a main road.   In the metro Detroit area many condo complexs are right off a main road.  Many were built when the developer could not or would not use the site for a home. Years ago in Metro Detroit they built many homes on main roads.  They do not do that very often anymore.  There are more condos being built on main roads now.  What does that mean for a Novi Condo buyer?  I will always tell you that a condo or home on a main road will sell for less money than a condo that is off the main road.
