The Preserves of Meadowbrook is a subdivision in Farmington Hills MI. It is newer construction that is sort of a modern contrast to its neighboring Meadowbrook Hills, a subdivision with more classic houses on older yet charming landscapes. This subdivision is close to Livonia MI and Northville MI.  In fact, homes in this subdivision have a Northville address, but the city of Farmington Hills MI maintains them, and children of families here attend Farmington schools. To learn more about these homes, you can visit the Homes for Sale in Farmington Hills MI website.

Farmington, MI and Farmington Hills, MI Pothole Reporting and Repair Info Isn't it amazing that potholes appear year after year, without fail? The main reason that they keep coming back is water: precipitation that shows up as ice, rain and snow then seeps into pavement cracks, freezes, causing the pavement and underlying roadbed material to expand. Temperatures eventually rise above freezing, the water melts, creating a cavity or void in the road. Potholes are mostly created when a vehicle drives over the cavity, cracking the pavement and loosens the roadbed material. More precipitation, another freezing/thawing cycle throughout the late winter and early spring, team up to make potholes significantly worse. Residents can advise the city of potholes on side streets or main roads. To rep...

There is a very good reason to buy homes for sale in Farmington Hills MI. They provide good quality for good value. Farmington Hills property taxes are less expensive than several surrounding neighborhoods.  Yet the Farmington Public Schools are ranked well, and Farmington Hills MI is one of the safest cities in all of Oakland County. There are many other reasons, but this is a really good one, I think.

Are you a real estate investor looking for the next great town to invest? Do you want to focus on properties that hold their value well, are conveniently located near major metropolitan areas, yet retain the appeal of small town living? Farmington Hills is just such a place! Centrally located close to both Detroit and Ann Arbor, it's an easy commute from all these two major cities have to offer. These amenities include a recently renovated downtown core, now full of charming boutique shops and cafes; one of the largest public parks in Oakland County, Heritage Park; and a fantastic school district. Here are the top five (5) reasons you should invest in one of the homes for sal...

Farmington Hills Short Sale Realtor : Any Realtor can list a short Sale but not every Realtor can close one, Michigan Certified Distress Property Expert, Mike Sher Max Broock (248) 496-1572 I have been spending a lot of time showing homes to buyers recently, which is a nice way to get out of the office!  As a Short Sale listing agent, I often spend my days calling, emailing & negotiation with banks and less time out in the field.  I was shocked at how many bank owned homes were previously listed as a short sale by  " So Called Short Sale Expert Realtors".  It reminds me that though any Realtor can list a Short Sale, few are able to close them.   In the past most Realtor would avoid distress sales because they were too much work. They focused on traditional sales that are easier.   But n...
