Summer has flown by! Homes are still selling in Dexter, Michigan 48130. Bank owned homes continue to be a factor in the market however, with about 27% of the active homes in July being bank owned.     There were private owned homes – 29 active, 1 pending, 3 sold and the rest – 11 were bank owned.  Bank owned makes up 30 active, 10 pending, 11 sold. This represents 19 percent of the active homes are bank owned.  Fifty Eight percent of the pending homes are bank owned.
